1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pg77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pg77 website located at pg77.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, "the Service").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. 2 Eligibility Requirements

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on pg77. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you agree to the following obligations:

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pg77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pg77 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The following payment methods are accepted:

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions which must be satisfied before any payment is released:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless pg77 support has specifically approved an alternative method in writing.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

pg77 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on the bonus offer page.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or systematically extract value from bonus promotions — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using promotional funds, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in account closure.
• pg77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations. Any bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method. pg77 uses automated systems to detect duplicate bonus claims and will forfeit bonuses where duplication is identified.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pg77. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in the reporting of fraudulent activity to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or derive an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Opening or operating more than one account on pg77, whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any alias. pg77 actively monitors for duplicate account registrations.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using pg77 as a mechanism to process funds derived from criminal activity.

• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with pg77's technical infrastructure, including its APIs, databases, game servers, or security systems.

pg77 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh and internationally. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be flagged and relevant transaction records preserved and disclosed as required by law.

7 Responsible Gaming

pg77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We recognise that for a small number of players gambling can become a problem and we have implemented the following measures to support players who may be at risk:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pg77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or failure of the platform to perform as expected, even if pg77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pg77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Termination and Suspension

pg77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse policies.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by pg77, or providing documentation that cannot be verified as authentic.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other conduct that may harm pg77, other players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.

11 Amendments to These Terms

pg77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pg77 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or via the contact information associated with their account. The revised Terms will become effective immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance subject to these Terms.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pg77 operates. Any dispute between you and pg77 shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation via our customer support channels.
